Listings
Every domain listed on this site is owned outright by The Domain Treasury. Listed prices are invitations to treat, not binding offers, and may change until terms are agreed in writing. A name shown as available may be sold or withdrawn at any time before an agreement exists.
Offers
Submitting an offer through this site does not create a contract. A sale exists only once both parties confirm the name, the figure and the payment route in writing. We reserve the right to decline any offer without giving a reason.
Payment and transfer
All sales settle through Escrow.com or another escrow service agreed by both parties. Funds are never sent directly to us. The domain is transferred once escrow confirms cleared funds, and payment is released to us only after you confirm receipt of the domain.
Where monthly terms are agreed, use of the domain is granted from the first cleared payment and registrant ownership transfers on the final one. Missed payments end the arrangement; sums already paid are treated as consideration for use of the name during that period and are not refundable.
What is sold
A sale transfers registrant ownership of the domain name only. No trademark, goodwill, website, content or business is included or implied. You are responsible for satisfying yourself that your intended use of the name does not infringe anyone's rights in your jurisdiction.
Privacy
When you submit an acquisition inquiry we store the details you enter — your name, email address, any phone number, company, role, offer and the explanations you provide — together with the time of submission. We use this solely to assess and respond to the inquiry. We do not sell, rent or share it, and there is no mailing list.
We do not retain your raw IP address with an inquiry. Rate limiting uses a one-way keyed hash of it, which cannot be reversed back to an address.
Your email address is verified before an inquiry is reviewed. Until you follow the confirmation link, the inquiry is held and not acted upon.
This site sets one cookie, used to keep your inquiry session together and to keep an administrator signed in. There is no analytics or advertising tracking. The inquiry form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish people from automated traffic; Cloudflare receives your IP address and basic browser signals as part of that check. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which likewise receives your IP address as part of that request.
Ask us at any time to see or delete the enquiry data we hold on you and we will do it.
Liability
Our liability in connection with any sale is limited to the amount paid for the domain. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

All correspondence begins with an acquisition inquiry, which routes your message to us directly. We do not publish a contact address.
